A report from a research center in Washington alleges that United States authorities have not made public airport records of 320,000 immigrants authorized under a migration program by President Biden.

The program, called CHNV, aims to reduce chaotic arrivals of immigrants at the southern border and allows legal entry for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans under humanitarian parole authority. Although Trump and others have politicized the program, the White House maintains it is part of efforts to deter illegal entries.
According to a report from the Center for Immigration Studies, the administration has not disclosed the airports where the immigrants arrived, drawing criticism. However, experts and officials assert that the process involves rigorous background checks, applicants purchasing plane tickets, and monthly admissions being limited to 30,000 people.
