Renewal Process for Temporary Stay Permit (“Re-Parole”) for Certain Ukrainians and their Immediate Family Members. As of February 27, 2024, USCIS will accept and review on a case-by-case basis applications for renewal of the temporary stay permit (“re-parole”) for certain Ukrainians and their immediate family members.

To be eligible, you must:
- Be a Ukrainian citizen or immediate family member of a Ukrainian with “re-parole” in the U.S. since February 11, 2022.
- Demonstrate urgent humanitarian reasons or public benefit for renewal.
- Demonstrate a favorable exercise of procedural discretion.
- Be physically present in the U.S. with “re-parole”.
- Have complied with the conditions of the initial “re-parole”.
- Pass background checks.
To submit your application:
- Create an online USCIS account (if you do not have one).
- Complete Form I-131, Application for Travel Document.
- Submit Form I-131 online or in printed format.
