Important Update: California Service Center Relocates to a New Location

As of August 12, 2024, the California Service Center (CSC) has changed its address as part of USCIS’s initiative to centralize immigration benefits processing. This move aims to improve the efficiency and management of applications.

The CSC now operates at the following address:

    USCIS California Service Center
    2642 Michelle Drive
    Tustin, CA 92780

    Mailing Instructions

The CSC has established three new P.O. boxes to receive U.S. Postal Service mail. For mail sent via commercial carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL, the new Tustin facility address should be used. Individuals should refer to the form filing addresses page on uscis.gov to obtain the specific address based on the form or type of correspondence being sent.

    Transition Period for Mail

The CSC’s former address, WS 13057 P.O. Box 10751, Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075, will continue receiving correspondence until September 30, 2024. Following this, there will be a two-week grace period during which mail sent to the Laguna Niguel P.O. box will be forwarded to the new Tustin address. Starting October 15, 2024, any mail sent to the old address will be returned as “Return to Sender.”

Address for Responding to USCIS Correspondence

For those responding to USCIS correspondence issued before August 12, 2024, such as Requests for Evidence (RFEs) or Notices of Intent to Deny or Revoke, responses should be sent to:

    USCIS CSC
    P.O. Box 30113 / ALL OTHER
    Tustin, CA 92781

    Form I-865 Address Change

As of September 1, 2024, the address for submitting Form I-865, Sponsor’s Notice of Change of Address, has moved to the Texas Service Center:

    USCIS TSC
    Attn: I-865
    6046 N. Belt Line Road, Suite 865
    Irving, TX 75038-0021

A 60-day grace period is in effect for submissions sent to the California, Nebraska, or Vermont Service Centers. These centers will reject any forms postmarked after November 1, 2024. This adjustment is part of an ongoing effort to improve the efficiency of form reception and digitization.

New Address for Form I-751 Waiver Requests

For inquiries related to Form I-751 waivers based on abuse or extreme cruelty, the new mailing addresses are as follows:

    U.S. Postal Service:
    USCIS California Service Center
    P.O. Box 30113 / ALL OTHER
    Tustin, CA 92781

    FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:
    USCIS California Service Center
    2642 Michelle Drive
    Tustin, CA 92780

    Additional Information

It is important to note that USCIS service centers do not provide in-person services, conduct interviews, or accept applications or inquiries in person. These centers exclusively handle applications or petitions submitted by mail, filed online, or delivered to a USCIS Lockbox.

For more details about these changes and how they may affect your application, visit the official USCIS website or consult the appropriate service center directly.
